What do I do if I cannot log in to manage my domain name?
To log in to your domain name, you must know the following three entries:

1. YourDomainName.com (.net, .org)
2. Your Username
3. Your Password

When you complete the Domain Name field, ensure you include the .com, .net, or .org extension. Also, it is not necessary to include the www. in front of your domain name. The Username and Password fields are case sensitive. If you forget your password click below.

Why won't my domain name point or resolve to my web host?
When your domain registration is complete your domain name servers (DNS) are initially directed to Inexpensive Domains. To direct your domain name at your web host, you need to update your DNS (name servers) to point to your web host's server, which they should provide for you.

How do I get my name server host names and IP's?
You will need to contact your domain hosting company directly to obtain this information. Ask them what the host names are for their name servers. This is only if your web host can host domain names.

How do I change my name servers? Primary? Secondary?
First contact your web hosting company to obtain their DNS server information. In your "Domain Management Console", log in. Click on "Manage Name Servers". You will then need to replace the existing name serves and click on save configuration. You do not need to enter IP addresses since they are automatically looked up for you to ensure accuracy. Please note that a DNS change takes 24 to 72 hours to propagate throughout the Internet. Therefore, it may be 72 hours until your website can be viewed.

What do I do if I deleted my name servers?
You can add name servers to replace the name servers you deleted. In "domain management",log in. Scroll to the bottom and click on "manage name servers". If you scroll down you will see an area to "add name servers".Enter the Primary Name Server (dns.hostsure.com), click "add name server", then scroll down and enter the secondary name server (dns2.hostsure.com), click "add name server". Repeat this process if necessary. This change will take 24 to 72 hours to propagate throughout the Internet.
