Service Announcements 11/05/2003:Update The problems with the DNS server have been corrected. Web sites should start resolving again. If you are still having problems, please submit a trouble ticket. 11/05/2003 - Files within one of the DNS servers were corrupted. We expect things to be back to normal shortly. This page will be updated at that time. 05/02/2003 - Major Hardware failure ( update ): We were forced to update the IP address of one of the servers which may cause a problem for some customers trying to access their mail or web site. It might take up to 24 hours from today for your ISP's DNS servers to reflect the new IP address. (6:48 PM, PST).email us.
